They never answered my questions. I mean they did reply but that was a rude reply in which they wanted me to explain my question.. not including my question in their message.

They are scammers, stay away from them! I recommend Windscribe. You can also get a free version, and if you’d ask, I’m sure they’d allow you to try it for a few days (no limit in data) to see how the paying version would suit you, no first pay then refund like some do.

I purchased a Lifetime subscription to VPN Land. Now they want $100 and refuse to honor it. This is clearly a fraud! I hope people will find out the truth about them online before they spend their hard earn money.

As other users have noted, VPNLand offered lifetime subscriptions and then out of nowhere canceled them. In my opinion, they never should have offered them in the first place, so i’m ok with the fact they I got 3 years for the price of 1 and now have to pay.

The current subscription price is reasonable. Unfortunately, after starting to pay, the service took a complete nosedive in effectiveness. It doesn’t work 80% of the time and most of the nodes can’t be connected to.

Customer service it turns out is horrible. They don’t understand the issue, even with very detailed explanations. Then when they do understand it they, claim they have fixed the problem on their side but nothing changes. The CS strategy seems to be “ignore customers until they give up.”

This company is currently a huge disappointment, go elsewhere.

Stay away from this company. Scam. Bought lifetime subscription and 2 years later they said
    “IMPORTANT!
Effective June 22, 2017 ALL Lifetime VPN accounts purchased through third party websites (i.e. not purchased from us directly) are converted to full Premium VPN subscriptions and recurring invoices are issued. A cancellation request can be submitted through the Customer Portal. We are not going to issue any refund under any circumstances. We still pay for our infrastructure, salaries to our techs and additional recurring expenses. All threats and arguments will be discarded. We are open to discuss a discounted renewal recurring rates. Please email us to: support@blacklogic.com. Thank you for understanding.

Here are the responses I got when I complained:

“Hello,We can not reinstate your “lifetime” membership due to ongoing operational expenses.Maximum we can do is to add one (1) year of service to your account and your next renewal will be in August 2018.You are free to complain to anywhere you wish, but please read our terms of service where it says that we have the right to terminate any contract at any time for any reason without giving explanations.”
    And then this gem:
Just fyi.A “lifetime” account does not mean it will be valid till someone dies.It could be anyones lifespan – such as a cat, or lifespan of a hardware.
